Part-Time Student Placement Coordinator

This vital contract role reports directly to the Director of Care and is focused on ensuring effective onboarding and support for students within our long-term care facility. In this position, you will establish partnerships with educational institutions, manage placement logistics, and provide essential support to dedicated preceptors, ensuring a successful student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate student placement activities

• Develop partnerships with educational institutions

• Conduct orientation and onboarding for students

• Guide and support preceptors during placements

• Assess and refine the placement program continually

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a health-related field

• One year of experience in project coordination

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of long-term care requirements

• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organization
