Position: Academic Support for Students at CREC
Enhance student learning as an ABA Instructor at CREC in Windsor, Connecticut. Provide one-to-one support utilizing ABA methods and collaborate with dedicated educators.

Under the guidance of the school administrator, you will assist with daily school functions and offer both academic and behavioral interventions. This position is ideal for those with experience working with students with disabilities, focusing on individualized instruction and data management. You will ensure a positive learning environment while implementing effective ABA strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support arrival, dismissal, and lunch coverage

• Provide individualized 1:1 instruction as directed

• Collect and track student performance data

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff

• Supervise students during various school activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• At least one year of experience with students with disabilities

• Ability to pass competency training within 90 days

• Proficiency in applied behavior methodology

• Commitment to student safety and wellbeing
