The Upper Canada District School Board is hiring an Elementary Long Term Occasional Teacher. This English-language assignment carries 1.0 FTE and focuses on Special Education for Grades 3-4. The position requires an Ontario College of Teachers certificate in Good Standing and qualifications in Primary, Junior, and Special Education.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach English-language Special Education for Grades 3-4
- Fulfill the posted 1.0 FTE assignment
- Participate in the UCDSB selection process
- Complete the interview and assessment process
- Provide required supervisor references for consideration
- Hold OCT certification in Good Standing
- Have qualifications in Primary, Junior, and Special Education
- Provide current and two recent direct supervisors
- Submit reference details for occasional teaching assignments
- Provide a valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
