Language Trainers is seeking a freelance Amharic Teacher for a client in Windsor, Canada. The course is general, with 32 total hours delivered in two-hour sessions. Saturday afternoon availability is requested, with an ASAP preferred start date and possible flexibility based on availability.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver one-to-one general Amharic language instruction
- Teach a beginner-level student in Windsor
- Provide two-hour sessions totaling 32 hours
- Support communication with someone the student knows
- Adapt scheduling and location when availability allows
- Native Amharic speaker and/or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter
- Valid work permit or visa
- Residence within 30 kilometres of Windsor location
- Availability for Saturday afternoons preferred
