Entry-Level Wind and Solar Technician

Become an Entry-Level Wind and Solar Technician and contribute to our efforts in building sustainable energy solutions. This role combines technical training with hands-on maintenance and support of renewable assets.

Working closely with skilled technicians, you will assist in the upkeep and optimization of wind turbines and solar systems while learning best practices in safety and team collaboration. This role is crucial in fostering a sustainable energy future while adhering to EDF Core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the efficient maintenance of renewable equipment

• Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and servicing

• Test components and gather data for performance analysis

• Document completed tasks and manage work orders

• Attend mandatory safety and technical training sessions

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent necessary

• Experience in renewable energy preferred but not required

• Valid driver’s license needed for operational roles

• Basic computer proficiency for documentation

• Strong communication skills in English
