Position: Seasonal Junior Technician

Location: Windsor, ON

Job Type: Full time, Seasonal (End Date: August 31, 2026)

Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (Monday - Friday);
Approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities

• Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations
• Diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments
• Complete service reports for work performed and products used
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
• Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest issues
• Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally

• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment
• Comfortable working in different environments (crawl spaces, damp or dusty spots)
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good people skills
• We will help you obtain a Structural Exterminator License (training and exam support provided)
• Valid Class G or G2 driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team
• Interest in pest control or learning a skilled trade

Prior to servicing customers in the field, successful candidates must complete their licensing exam and required training.
