Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to technicians

• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

• Supervise maintenance to ensure turbine reliability

• Manage service budgets and oversee reporting processes

• Lead special projects for enhancing operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma in Electrical or related engineering discipline

• Minimum 5 years of technical team leadership

• Experience in wind turbine maintenance is preferred

• Proficient in Excel and operational software tools

• Valid driver’s license for regional travel
