Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct unsupervised maintenance on energy assets

• Handle advanced electrical testing and inspections

• Train and mentor lower-level technicians effectively

• Engage in 24/7 on-call rotations for system monitoring

• Document service orders and safety assessments

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent needed

• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred

• NFPA certifications or equivalent preferred

• Knowledge of testing equipment and renewable systems

• Strong communication and mentoring capabilities
