This role emphasizes producing high-quality, efficient manufacturing processes within a global team. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct DFM analyses and feasibility studies
• Lead development and optimization of roll forming processes
• Solve production issues through root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process success
• Maintain knowledge of emerging manufacturing technologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in stamping/roll forming
• Hands-on experience with tooling and die optimization
• Proficient in CAD and simulation tools
• Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills
