Take charge of production stability as a Facilities Engineer at Stellantis, ensuring reliable equipment and tooling functionality. This role centers on quality and safety within the BIW department.
In this position, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of processes that adhere to the Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) model. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of five years of manufacturing experience are necessary. The ideal candidate will have HVAC expertise, plant automation experience, and superb communication skills for effective cross-level interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and improve production processes for efficiency
• Ensure facility safety standards and quality measures
• Troubleshoot and resolve system capability issues
• Ensure seamless collaboration across departments
• Work autonomously and adapt to various shifts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least five years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Expertise in HVAC systems and plant automation
• Strong computer skills, especially in AutoCAD
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
