Key Responsibilities Assisting in project administration including writing reports, gathering information, drafting proposals, drafting correspondence, tracking project costs, and completing progress reports
Assisting technical staff with various project tasks, including researching, compiling and evaluating project data, preparing reports and performing calculations for water and wastewater treatment projects and/or sewer or tunnel design projects
Performing simple calculations, computer data entry, along with some exposure to CAD, GIS, design and cross‑training
Performing research and contacting vendors for information
Complete other engineering/administrative duties as required
Capabilities and Credentials Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and take direction
Knowledge of state and federal regulations, policies, and programs is a plus
Education and Experience In progress toward earning a Bachelor's degree (minimum) in civil or environmental engineering (or related field)
Specific coursework or exposure to one or more of the following: planning, design, construction of water and wastewater systems
Typical Office Environment Typical office environment working with computers and working at a desk for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

Pay Range $23.37 - $32.07 Hourly
Pay Transparency:
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
