Segula Technologies is seeking an experienced Process Validation Engineer to refine and validate electric vehicle power electronics. You'll be responsible for designing efficient systems and executing rigorous testing protocols, ensuring compliance with program objectives. Your collaboration with manufacturing and supplier teams will be vital in developing defect-free processes and high-performing products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and validate electric vehicle power electronic devices
• Execute DVP&R to ensure quality and functionality
• Conduct thorough validation testing for system performance
• Analyze failures and conduct post-test inspections
• Verify manufacturability and collaborate with teams
Requirements:
• Experience in electric vehicle systems or power electronics
• Knowledge of Design Verification Plans and quality standards
• Strong analytical skills for failure analysis
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
• Relevant engineering degree required
