In this Technical Analyst position, you'll focus on technical troubleshooting, programming, and process optimization of manufacturing automation systems. Your responsibilities will include monitoring FIS cycles and coordinating improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards in production. A solid foundation in troubleshooting methodologies is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and manage automation FIS installations
• Troubleshoot complex issues in automation systems
• Update and maintain program backups for equipment
• Implement programming for new systems and upgrades
• Organize maintenance campaigns for automation projects
Requirements:
• College Diploma or Skilled-Trade Certificate of Qualification
• Minimum 2 years of PLC and robotics experience
• Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical schematics
• Experience with Siemens/TIA Portal
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
