This role involves hands-on process engineering for engine assembly at the Windsor and Essex Engine Plants. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least two years of experience in data analysis and root-cause analysis. Leading process audits and implementing corrective actions is essential in ensuring compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity
• Develop action plans for quality concerns and corrective actions
• Conduct process audits for Powertrain Operation guidelines
• Analyze root causes and engage in corrective action mapping
• Support ISO 14001 compliance and internal audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 2+ years of shop floor engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools like Minitab
• Available for rotating shifts
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
