Experienced Surface Modeler

Become a Surface Modeler at TI Automotive in Windsor, driving forward projects in mold design with a focus on quality and efficiency. Bring over 10 years of experience to create impactful mold solutions for the automotive industry.

As a vital member of the mold tooling team, you will work collaboratively to design 3D models and integrate innovative techniques in plastic injection molding.

Your role will involve coordinating with project managers and delivering detailed feasibility analyses while ensuring adherence to design standards for manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive 3D mold designs using NX1973

• Design detailed parting lines and associated mechanisms

• Complete mold design for small-scale projects

• Conduct feasibility reports post part model evaluations

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Mechanical Engineering education is beneficial

• Prior experience with 2-shot rotary molds preferred

• Strong technical and communication skills required

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
