Advance your career as a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer in the automotive sector, focusing on performance optimization. This onsite position requires travel to the USA and a valid driver's license.
Our automotive client seeks an experienced engineer to evaluate vehicle performance and optimize suspension, steering, and tires. You'll lead vehicle programs involving extensive analysis and collaboration with different engineering teams. Additionally, you will document development activities and provide management with results from your subject evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate vehicle performance using a driving simulator
• Lead analysis and optimization of ride and handling
• Collaborate with chassis and powertrain teams
• Document development activities for management review
• Tune suspension, steering, and tire systems
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering
• 3-5 years in vehicle dynamics simulation, with ADAMS/Car or Car Sim
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink
• Knowledge of vehicle dynamics theory and application
• Strong communication and coordination skills
