This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of five years of experience with STA quality tools and systems. You will play a crucial role in sourcing parts globally, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and managing supplier relationships to ensure optimal cost and delivery. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential to meet program timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new toled end items and liaise with tier-2 suppliers
• Develop and maintain program-specific NTEI files
• Train suppliers on engagement processes and readiness assessments
• Track PPAP and submission requirements closely
• Support cross-functional meetings and address timeline risks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years in STA and project management
• Proficiency in English communication
• Leadership and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving expertise
