Forensic Support Engineer

HCEI has a rich history in forensic engineering, seeking a Support Engineer to contribute to accident analysis worldwide. This role requires post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering and proficiency in CAD applications like AutoCAD and Rhino. Successful candidates will travel across Canada and the USA, conducting site visits and compiling detailed reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle and site inspections across Canada and the US

• Create detailed drawings and analysis figures using CAD software

• Collect and compile data for client reports and analyses

• Perform calculations for engineering assessments as needed

• Analyze Airbag Control Modules and Engine Control Units from vehicles

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in Canada and the USA

• Post-secondary Mechanical Engineering education required

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, and MS Office tools

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and diagnostics

• Willingness to relocate within 40 minutes of Windsor
