Windsor Salt is seeking a skilled maintenance planner with a technical or business diploma. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of maintenance or construction experience along with strong organizational skills. Engage effectively with the team while evaluating documentation requirements and helping control maintenance costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reference technical information, blueprints, and specifications

• Update and maintain work order status in CMMS

• Lead scheduled meetings and distribute schedules

• Review material requisitions with storeroom personnel

• Audit work order kitting for accuracy

Requirements:

• Associate degree in a technical or business field

• Journeyman craft knowledge in mechanical/electrical

• 3-5 years in maintenance or construction

• Familiarity with MEWP and maintenance procedures

• Proficient in MS Office and database applications
