Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team development and foster a culture of innovation
• Establish a comprehensive roadmap for automation capabilities
• Guide troubleshooting and resolution of robotics issues
• Standardize procedures for PLC systems and robotics
• Ensure scalability of automation solutions through collaboration
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering, automation, or a related area
• At least 8 years of experience in automation
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams
• Strong knowledge of PLC, robotics programming, and HMI
• Experience with project management in automation
