As an Entry Level Durability Test Engineer, you'll set up and manage tests while utilizing MTS real-time hydraulic simulators. This role requires proficiency in RPC Pro and Flex Test software, allowing you to conduct data acquisition effectively at client proving grounds. Strong communication and leadership skills are vital to guide mechanical teams through specimen builds and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up durability tests with MTS simulators
• Manage data acquisition across systems
• Communicate findings to Product Engineering
• Lead projects from start to finish
• Train mechanics in builds and repairs
Requirements:
• Experience with accelerometers and strain gauges
• Knowledge of stress-life/load-life calculations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and time management skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
