Water Systems Engineer

Position: Water Systems Engineer ON
Enhance water systems in Windsor, ON, with ENWIN Utilities as a Water Systems Engineer on a temporary contract. Support design projects and oversee contractors for water infrastructure.

Reporting to the Director of Water Engineering, this role emphasizes collaboration with senior team members in managing water pumping stations, reservoirs, and treatment plants. You will prepare designs that comply with safety and regulatory standards while managing equipment procurement. The position includes monitoring system performance and enhancing asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute projects for water distribution and treatment

• Prepare drawings, specifications, and contract documents

• Manage procurement of materials and equipment

• Oversee contractors and ensure adherence to project specifications

• Analyze system performance for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical)

• Minimum three years of related experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, SAP, and GIS mapping

• Knowledge of safety regulations and design guidelines

• Valid Class 'G' Driver's License
