Surface Maintenance Planner Salt

Join Windsor Salt Ltd. as a Surface Maintenance Planner/Scheduler where you will optimize maintenance processes and parts availability. Your expertise will be vital for efficient plant operations.
In this role, you will support the plant maintenance team through effective planning and scheduling. Your previous experience of 3–5 years in maintenance will help you develop job plans, evaluate data, and ensure the availability of materials. Key responsibilities include maintaining work orders in CMMS and participating in root cause analysis to enhance equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reference technical information, including blueprints

• Update work order status and maintain CMMS data

• Lead meetings and document schedules accurately

• Requisition materials and coordinate with storeroom staff

• Audit work order kitting for accuracy
Requirements:

• Associate degree/diploma in a relevant field

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or construction

• Strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling processes

• Proficient in MS Office and database applications
Drive maintenance effectiveness and support plant operations while ensuring quality and safety standards.
