Experienced KBE Engineer

Join MEDA as an experienced KBE Engineer in Windsor, Ontario, focusing on BIW upper body design. This hybrid role requires travel to the USA and expertise in Catia/NX.

As a KBE Engineer in the automotive sector, you will be vital in designing and developing upper body components. Your experience in metal forming techniques and collaborative approach will enable you to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams. A commitment to quality and regulatory standards is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design and release of upper body subassemblies

• Ensure manufacturability and performance through collaboration

• Define and track engineering validation plans

• Create and update KBE design documentation

• Train peers on Catia/NX modeling techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Automotive)

• 5 years of experience in automotive design engineering

• Strong knowledge of CAD systems and PLM methodologies

• Familiarity with automotive validation testing processes

• Valid driver’s license necessary
