Position: Manufacturing Engineer for Ford Interiors
Elevate your engineering career with a full-time Manufacturing Engineer role focusing on Ford automobile interiors in Windsor, ON. Optimize supplier performance and lead quality planning initiatives.

This permanent position reports to Mr. Sean Rossiter and requires strong expertise in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Parts Approval (PPAP). As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will manage supplier evaluations, engage in vehicle launch activities, and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. Your experience in the automotive industry, particularly with Ford, will be critical in developing plans that drive excellence in production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on supplier sourcing decisions for industrialization plans

• Engage suppliers during APQP for successful launches

• Conduct supplier evaluation visits to ensure compliance

• Drive modular strategies in key commodities

• Develop failure mode avoidance and execution plans

Requirements:

• Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology required

• 5+ years of automotive industry experience

• Experience in Ford manufacturing environments preferred

• Certification in CAD/CAM

• Expertise in injection molding manufacturing processes
