Senior Project Manager Capital Projects

Lead major industrial capital projects with a focus on execution and planning. This role in Leamington requires strong project management skills and industrial experience to oversee projects up to $5M.

This position calls for a Senior Project Manager to manage complete life cycles of capital projects in an industrial setting. The role involves preparing scope of work documents, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring financial oversight through budget management and reporting. Your expertise will support both short-term and long-term capital planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to startup

• Prepare documentation including scope and specifications

• Ensure financial performance meets planned budgets

• Report project status to stakeholders and executives

• Identify and implement project improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required

• P. Eng designation preferred

• Minimum 5 years in Industrial/Manufacturing

• Previous experience in project management

• Strong leadership and communication skills
