Our client seeks a results-oriented Packaging Project Manager with a minimum of five years of experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry. You will develop management plans, collaborate across departments, and guide a team of Packaging Engineers. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, attention to detail, and leadership in managing diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project management plans
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering departments
• Guide and supervise Packaging Engineers effectively
• Research new packaging concepts and strengthen supplier networks
• Oversee packaging testing and quality assurance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in engineering or related field
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience
• Valid passport for travel across Canada, the US, and Mexico
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
