Executive Director, Environmental Services

Assume the role of Executive Director for Environmental Services in Windsor. This position requires oversight of the Pollution Control Department and wastewater management initiatives.
Reporting to the Infrastructure Commissioner, you will have responsibility over essential wastewater treatment plants and sewage systems. The role involves maintaining operational compliance while managing budgets and promoting community relations. A strong technical background in environmental operations is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of wastewater treatment operations

• Guarantee compliance with environmental regulations

• Lead budget preparation and administration

• Review technical engineering documentation

• Foster collaborative relationships in the community
Requirements:

• Degree in Science or Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• At least 6-10 years relevant experience

• P.Eng. or CET credential required

• Proven interpersonal skills

• Must hold a valid Class G Driver's Licence
