Empower the City of Windsor as the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. This essential full-time role involves supervising mechanical teams and ensuring compliance across pollution control plants and stations.
You will guide a team as they maintain the highest standards in operational efficiency and safety compliance. Key responsibilities include leading training efforts, supervising contractors, and administering a robust preventative maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise pollution control maintenance staff
• Conduct evaluations and develop employee skills
• Maintain compliance with mechanical operating procedures
• Manage records for maintenance and performance
• Communicate significant developments to senior staff
Requirements:
• College diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent
• At least four years of industrial operations experience
• Knowledgeable in relevant safety laws and mechanical systems
• Valid Class G Driver's License required
• Competent in MS Office and CMMS applications
