Surface Modeler in Mold Design

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process and accurately producing molds based on customer data. With over 10 years of experience, your insights on 'Lean Manufacturing' will be invaluable for both project completion and mentoring junior engineers. Work closely with the program manager to exceed customer expectations in mold design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D solid model tool designs using NX1973

• Create parting lines and mechanisms for complex designs

• Handle complete mold designs for smaller projects

• Assist in producing feasibility reports for part models

• Collaborate with design team to meet milestones

Requirements:

• 10 years’ experience in molding or related fields

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering is an asset

• Familiarity with injection mold processes

• Excellent technical aptitude and reliability

• Strong skills in communication and teamwork
