Tandem Group Consulting Solutions is hiring a PLC Support Specialist in Windsor, ON. Manage PLC systems and provide essential troubleshooting in an automotive environment.
This full-time position involves providing Onsite and Remote support for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in manufacturing processes. You will play a vital role in ensuring equipment functionality, assisting with programming, and delivering efficient troubleshooting services. Prompt issue resolution is essential to maintaining production levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure continuous operation of PLC-controlled systems
• Troubleshoot PLC issues to reduce operational downtime
• Assist in programming and software updates for PLCs
• Offer training and guidance to facility staff
• Document interactions and troubleshooting efforts clearly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in controls
• Proficient in Allen Bradley software and safety systems
• Experience with robotics and manufacturing processes
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
