Thermal Management System Engineer

Join Kyyba's Propulsion Virtual Thermal Management team as a System Simulation Engineer in Windsor, ON. Focus on advanced thermal management, including A/C and engine cooling systems.

This role seeks a highly motivated individual with expertise in 1D simulation and CFD analysis. You'll need a Master's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, complemented by 2+ years of experience with simulation tools and strong fundamentals in thermo-fluid sciences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and efficiency through effective simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute 1D and 1D–3D simulations for thermodynamic systems

• Analyze data and generate technical reports

• Collaborate with engineers for simulation-driven design

• Support development of engine and battery cooling systems

• Validate product development through modeling and analysis

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

• 2+ years' experience with 1D simulation tools

• 2+ years applied CFD experience

• Strong foundations in Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics

• Effective communication skills for technical presentations
