CMM Operator at CenterLine

Become a vital part of Center Line (Windsor), Limited’s Quality Team as a CMM Operator. In this role, you will ensure parts and assemblies meet customer specifications through precise measurement techniques.

As a CMM Operator, you will report to the Quality Supervisor and be integral to the quality assurance process. Key duties include creating CMM programs from CAD files, inspecting parts using CMM equipment, and setting up work fixtures to align with engineering standards. Your expertise will also extend to performing gauge calibration and data collection for SPC analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create CMM programs from CAD files or part designs

• Inspect parts with CMM and other gauges as needed

• Set up work fixtures to specified engineering dimensions

• Support GR&R studies in the quality assurance process

• Conduct gauge calibration and control tasks

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or CMM experience

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, or similar applications
