Quality CMM Operator

Join Center Line (Windsor), Limited, as a Quality CMM Operator, responsible for ensuring high-quality measurement standards for parts and assemblies. Your attention to detail will be vital in meeting customer requirements.

In this role, you will report directly to the Quality Supervisor and perform essential tasks, such as creating CMM programs from CAD designs and utilizing CMM equipment for inspections. You will also set up fixtures, assist in gauge calibration, and collect SPC data to support quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop CMM programs from CAD files or prints

• Conduct inspections with CMM and other measurement tools

• Set up fixtures according to engineering specifications

• Participate in GR&R studies as required

• Manage gauge calibration and control processes

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or relevant experience

• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office suite
