As a Process Validation Engineer, you will develop and validate electric vehicle power electronics, ensuring robust and defect-free processes. Your contributions will include planning verification tests, conducting detailed failure analyses, and collaborating with suppliers to meet high standards. This position is crucial for ensuring that all designs are manufacturable and meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop electric vehicle power electronics and systems
• Plan and execute validation testing for performance
• Conduct inspections and failure analyses post-testing
• Create DVP&R for all electronic devices
• Support end-of-line testing for current and future projects
Requirements:
• Solid experience in power electronics engineering
• Background in electric vehicle technology
• Expertise in functional testing and compliance
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Analytical skills for quality assurance assessments
