Elevate your career as a Field Services Engineering Technician, ensuring infrastructure projects meet municipal standards and legislation. Work directly with development projects across various sectors to supervise and ensure compliance.
Under the guidance of the Development Engineer, this role involves overseeing private and municipal developments, monitoring compliance with approved plans. You'll conduct site inspections, document quality assurance testing, and ensure projects adhere to environmental regulations. Your expertise will influence infrastructure development across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site inspections for development compliance
• Monitor development agreement conditions throughout projects
• Document quality assurance test results
• Attend pre-construction and final inspection meetings
• Review and verify as-built drawings for accuracy
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
• Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) with OACETT
• 2-3 years experience in municipal engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Valid “G class” Ontario driver’s license
