As a Senior Product Engineer, you will lead the design and development of innovative body structures and battery housing systems. Collaborating with OEM customers and cross-functional teams, your expertise will ensure that designs fulfill customer requirements, quality, and cost targets.
Your role is essential in taking products from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design for body structures and battery housing projects
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings with CATIA or NX
• Collaborate with OEMs for production-ready designs
• Conduct feasibility studies and DFMEA activities
• Manage engineering changes and prototype builds
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related discipline
• 5+ years in automotive body structures design
• Proficiency in CATIA or NX
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and Control Plans
• Excellent communication skills in a global context
Drive innovation in automotive design and lead impactful projects as a Senior Product Engineer at Minth North America in Windsor.
