Municipal Capital Projects Manager

Position: Municipal Capital Projects Manager Role
Location: Belle River

Lead municipal infrastructure initiatives as the Capital Projects Manager. Focus on delivering multi-modal transportation systems while managing critical project milestones and resources.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Infrastructure Service, this position is integral to managing diverse capital projects from initial assessment to completion. Your expertise will guide the project through design and construction phases and ensure alignment with municipal objectives and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical oversight for infrastructure projects

• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders for project success

• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines

• Prepare and present updates to Council and stakeholders

• Implement best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable Engineering Discipline

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) status required

• Minimum 5 years in project management and supervision

• Experience in public sector project implementation

• Strong decision-making and communication skills
