Director of Maintenance and Engineering Excellence

Become the Director of Engineering & Technical Services in our Operations department, where you will focus on maintenance excellence and operational reliability while managing costs effectively. Drive engineering improvements across all facilities.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and over ten years of experience in maintenance within the manufacturing sector. Your leadership will streamline engineering processes, enhance equipment uptime, and promote health, safety, and compliance across the organization. You will also lead initiatives in developing standard operating procedures and optimizing maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and innovate maintenance and reliability processes

• Implement equipment troubleshooting and management training

• Oversee facility technical assessments and layout designs

• Direct capital and maintenance project implementations

• Foster LEAN practices to enhance productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required

• Ten years of maintenance experience in manufacturing

• Experience in GMP facilities is advantageous

• Proven skills in leadership and budget management

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
