As a key member of the engineering team, you will engage in optical testing, manage testing protocols, and ensure high fidelity in product development. This diverse role includes collaboration with release engineers and supervising technicians to drive successful project outcomes. Effective communication of complex optical data to management will be vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and validate optical solutions for automotive lighting
• Support test requirements using innovative methodologies
• Establish custom test procedures for data analysis
• Implement design changes based on testing outcomes
• Coordinate facility improvements and capital planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
• Three years of engineering experience, including optical validation
• Knowledge of photometric testing and optical design tools
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
