Civil Engineering Technologist - Site Inspector

This full-time field position requires at least one year of experience in construction inspection. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields and knowledge of local standards and regulations. In this role, you will monitor ongoing construction activities, contributing to public safety and infrastructure integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections of infrastructure projects

• Ensure compliance with drawings and safety standards

• Maintain detailed daily inspection reports and documentation

• Coordinate with various stakeholders about site conditions

• Identify and report non-conforming work during inspections

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum one year of inspection experience in Ontario

• Familiarity with MTO standards and Ontario regulations

• Valid G-class driver’s license for travel to sites

• Strong communication and organizational skills
