Bartech Staffing is seeking a skilled Studio Engineer to join a reputable client in Windsor. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on design experience and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or a related field. This role involves managing packaging criteria, supporting mock-ups, and leading weekly meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage packaging criteria and CDD surface development
• Support PDO theme development and mock-up builds
• Chair weekly working level meetings
• Coordinate cross-functional team requirements and approvals
• Present at weekly PDO Exterior Coordination meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on design experience
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Ability to challenge engineering requirements for aesthetics
• Familiarity with competitive benchmarking trends
