We are seeking an experienced engineer to execute comprehensive battery pack tests, ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will collaborate actively with lab technicians during the testing process, oversee test report generation, and maintain a focus on quality and thoroughness. This role is essential for supporting our electric vehicle portfolio and requires proficiency with both hardware and software used in battery testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute development and validation tests for battery packs

• Collaborate on test preparation and execution tasks

• Generate comprehensive and interim test reports

• Create standard operating procedures and work instructions

• Maintain lab safety protocols during all testing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Three years of engineering or lab experience

• Proficiency with laboratory tools and test configurations

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and testing standards
