Knowledge Based Engineer

Responsibilities include creating CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for commodities using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.
Position requires extensive knowledge of Catia/NX modeling and an extensive background developing / packaging / synthesizing complex vehicle systems.
Additional responsibilities include dictating architecture and construction techniques, creating master development / packaging / requirement sections, defining master template modeling structures, and training other Catia/NX engineers on modeling techniques, architecture.
Description  KBE Engineer - Knowledge Based Engineer (KBE).

Skills & Qualifications   Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)

Experience with automotive exterior design (ie. body systems)
Experience Siemens NX, CATIA
Strong Engineering Design Project Presentation skills required
Experienced interfacing with cross functional teams, participating in design reviews
Nice To Have   Sheet Metal component design experience
Experience interfacing with manufacturing plants
Job Type & Location  This is a Contract position based out of WINDSOR, ON.
Pay And Benefits  The pay range for this position is $43.57 - $43.57/hr.
Workplace Type  This is a hybrid position in WINDSOR,ON.
