Our client seeks an experienced Civil Engineering Technologist with 3-7 years in land development. You will lead subdivision layout designs, prepare grading and servicing drawings, and ensure compliance with municipal standards. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D is essential, as you'll coordinate with planners and surveyors to drive projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design of residential and mixed-use subdivisions

• Prepare grading plans for municipal approval

• Coordinate with planners, architects, and surveyors

• Develop grading and drainage designs for subdivisions

• Perform stormwater management calculations and designs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• 3–7 years of subdivision design experience

• Advanced skills in Autodesk Civil 3D

• Understanding of municipal servicing standards

• Effective communication with clients and contractors
