- Pay or shift range: $30 CAD to $37 CAD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity for an Tool & Die Estimator. Tool & Die Estimator will report directly to the Plant Manager.
Job Responsibilities- Responsible for preparation of bids on both existing and new work opportunities.
- Responsible for management of quotation time frames to ensure on time delivery.
- Responsible for generation of the quotation using tooling resources as required to accomplish this task.
- Include sufficient detail in the review process to show operations and explain the processing of the part.
- When necessary, review quotations with executive management.
- Prepare and support technical presentations with Sales for the customer requirements.
- Perform all other duties as required by immediate supervisor.
- Knowledge of stamping process, tool & die build and assembly.
- Minimum 3-5 years quoting experience in stamping, tool & die.
- A working knowledge of database/spreadsheet software programs is required.
