This role demands in-depth knowledge of automotive industry standards such as FMEA and APQP. You will create and validate design concepts while solving complex technical issues that ensure safe project launches. Engage with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to advance design processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and evaluate motor design concepts
• Carry out design validation tests for projects
• Develop DFMEA and DVP&R project documents
• Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively
• Address and resolve technical issues up to launch
Requirements:
• 8+ years in electric motor engineering
• Strong background in PMDC brush motor structures
• Understanding of automotive processes and standards
• Proficient in NVH resolution and EMC design
• Skilled with CATIA or similar engineering software
