Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, release, and engineering approval of harness systems

• Coordinate supplier engineering resources for effective delivery

• Partner with packaging teams to resolve routing challenges

• Manage data accuracy within EBOM, Teamcenter, and NX

• Implement standardized practices for multiple vehicle platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in automotive electrical systems

• 5 years of direct, hands-on experience

• Familiarity with vehicle packaging constraints

• Strong leadership and communication skills
