Enhance quality processes in battery development at Flex-Ion as a Quality Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in pilot manufacturing and improvement initiatives.
As a Quality Engineer, you will support quality enhancement in battery cell manufacturing. This role requires collaboration with engineering, laboratory, and manufacturing teams to maintain robust quality standards. Key responsibilities include identifying process variations, developing control plans, and conducting root-cause analysis to ensure excellence in production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality engineering support to pilot manufacturing
• Establish and document product quality-control metrics
• Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with quality standards
• Conduct trend analysis on production and inspection data
• Develop quality procedures and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of quality engineering experience
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software
