Mechanical Design Supervisor

Position: Mechanical Design Supervisor at Valiant TMS
Be a Mechanical Design Supervisor with Valiant TMS and lead the innovation of custom tooling designs in a collaborative team environment. Help drive engineering excellence with advanced CAD modeling.

As a vital member of the E.R. St. Denis team, you will mentor and supervise engineers in creating sophisticated mechanical systems using NX, AutoCAD, and Inventor.

Your role will focus on ensuring that all designs meet stringent customer and internal quality standards. By coordinating project life cycles and overseeing technical presentations, you'll contribute significantly to client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor a team in the development of high-quality CAD models

• Validate designs through FEA and structural analysis

• Maintain compliance with design specifications and standards

• Lead project timelines effectively to meet customer expectations

• Facilitate customer design reviews thoroughly

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in mechanical design

• 3-5 years in a leadership role

• Expertise in CAD, specifically NX and AutoCAD

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• Strong communication and project management skills
